School Board Meeting Preview - September 28, 2026

The Wauwatosa School Board will meet for its final regular meeting of the month on Monday, September 28, 2026. The meeting will be held at the Fisher Administration Building (12121 W. North Avenue) in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, beginning at 6:00 p.m. A link to the regular meeting live stream can be found below:

Immediately following the Call to Order, the Board will recognize Advanced Placement Program Award Recipients.

Following this, the Board will allow public comment in accordance with Policy 0167.3 - Public Comment at Board Meetings. Please note that this will be the only opportunity for public comment during the meeting.

Next, the Board will review and vote on the Consent Agenda.

Following this, the Division of Finance and Operations will ask the Board to approve both a Resolution Authorizing Temporary Borrowing in an Amount Not to Exceed $24,500,000; Issuance of Tax and Revenue Anticipation Promissory Notes; and Participation in the PMA Levy and Aid Anticipation Notes Program and Upper 90 as a Design Build Contractor and Solicit Proposals for a Solar Energy. These action items will be followed by the following presentations: Update re: Hospital Property Tax Chargebacks, the Monthly Financial Report, and an Unaudited Financials Year End Report.

Then, the Division of Human Resources will bring forward a discussion regarding FTE Increase (Transfer of Service).

Next, the Board will approve the Appointment of the 2026-2027 SY Student Representatives to the Wauwatosa School Board, followed by a Board discussion regarding the October 7, 2026, Joint 2027 Budget Town Hall with the City of Wauwatosa, Wauwatosa School District, and Milwaukee County, Scheduled at the Wauwatosa Public Library (Firefly Room) from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and a review and vote to approve the Wauwatosa West Wall of Recognition Candidates.
