The Wauwatosa School Board will meet for its first regular meeting of the month on Monday, August 10, 2026. The meeting will be held at the Fisher Administration Building (12121 W. North Avenue) in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, beginning at 6:00 p.m. A link to the regular meeting live stream can be found below:
Immediately following the Call to Order, the administration will provide the Board of Education and the community with an update on the implementation and current status of before-school care, after-school care, and Junior Kindergarten wraparound care for the 2026-2027 school year. The presentation will include an overview of program implementation, enrollment and registration updates, current participation trends, operational considerations, and ongoing efforts to ensure that students and families have access to high-quality, safe, and reliable care. The update will also provide an opportunity to communicate recent progress, identify remaining challenges, and outline next steps as the District continues to support students and families throughout the school year.

Following this update, the Board will allow public comment in accordance with Policy 0167.3 - Public Comment at Board Meetings. Please note that this will be the only opportunity for public comment during the meeting.
Next, the Board will review and vote on the Consent Agenda.
Then, the Division of Human Resources will ask the Board to vote to approve the Specialty Medication Carve Out.
Following this, the Division of Finance and Operations will discuss The Creation of Fund 46 and District Wireless Capabilities and RFP.
Then, the Policy Committee will bring forward the following policies as first readings:
Policy 2260 - Nondiscrimination and Access to Equal Educational Opportunity
Policy 2260.01 - Section 504/ADA Prohibition Against Discrimination Based on Disability
Policy 2266 – Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Sex in Education Programs or Activities
Policy 4120 - Access to Community Education and Recreation Programs in Cases of Financial Hardship
Policy 4130 - Behavioral Expectations and Discipline for Community Education and Recreation Programs
Policy 4400 - Use of Fund 80 for Community Education and Recreation Programs
Policy 5120 - Assignment with District for Resident Students
