Wauwatosa School District -

The Wauwatosa School Board will meet for its final regular meeting of the month on Monday, October 27, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Fisher Administration Building (12121 W. North Avenue) in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, beginning at 6:00 p.m. A link to the regular meeting live stream can be found below:

Immediately following the Call to Order, the Board will allow public comment in accordance with Policy 0167.3 - Public Comment at Board Meetings. Please note that this will be the only opportunity for public comment during the meeting.

Then, the Board Clerk will administer the Oath of Office to the Student Representatives to the Wauwatosa School Board.

Following this is a Board President Update.

Next, the Board will review and vote on the Consent Agenda.

Then, the Division of Finance and Operations will ask the Board to review and vote on the 2026-27 Budget Calendar, the Certification of Tax Levy for 2025-2026, and the 2025-2026 Budget. They will then present the Monthly Financial Report.

Following this, the Division of Pupil and Family Supports will present the Student Enrollment Report and Updated Enrollment Projections for 2025-26 (from 3rd Friday in September Count).

Next, the Division of Human Resources will ask the Board to review and vote on the Proposal to Increase FTE for the 2025-26 School Year Funded Through Transfer of Service and the Addition of Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Accounts for Employees.

Following this, the Division of Academic Performance will ask the Board to review and vote on the Adoption of Courses of Study per Policy 2220, the Textbooks/Primary Curricular Resources Per Policy 2510, and the Proposed 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 Academic Calendars.

Then, the Policy Committee will bring forward the following policies as second readings and/or action to approve:

1. Policy 0144.5- Board Member Behavior and Code of Conduct

2. Policy 6152.01 - Waiver of School Fees or Fines

3. Policy 7530.02 - Staff and School Officials Use of Personal Communication Devices

They will also bring forward the following policies as first readings:

1. Policy 0167.5 - Use of Electronic Mail

2. Policy 5223 - Absences for Religious Instruction

3. Policy 5230 - Release of Students to Authorized Persons

4. Policy 5310 - Health Services

5. Policy 5320 - Immunization

6. Policy 5335 - Care of Students with Chronic Health Conditions

7. Policy 5340 - Student Accidents/Illness/Concussion & Sudden Cardiac Arrest

8. Policy 5341 - Emergency Medical Information

9. Policy 5350 - Suicide Prevention, Intervention, and Postvention

10. Policy 5440 - Culturally Proficient Schools and Administration Offices

11. Policy 5460 - Graduation Requirements

12. Policy 5461 - Children at-risk of not Graduating from High School

13. Policy 5464 - Early Graduation
