Mrs. Nancy Braidigan

I began my teaching career at East High School in 1998. My undergraduate work was done at the University of Evansville where I received my bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with a minor in Athletic Training. I obtained my Adaptive Physical Education certification through the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and then went on to get my masters in Professional Development through the University of Wisconsin -La Crosse. Beside teaching physical education I coached basketball and track for many years at East.  It was a pleasure to be a part of the athletics at East. The tradition runs strong in both programs and I enjoyed getting to be a part of students’ lives in a different way. I have been teaching at Longfellow since 2012.  I am married and have two children. In my spare time I enjoy being with my family and friends doing many activities...most of them outdoors!
