NOTE: In order to participate in races, athletes must demonstrate the ability to jog a distance of two miles without stopping to walk. Initially, some young runners may struggle to complete the distance, but with consistent effort in practice, athletes usually develop their endurance within a short amount of time and tend to enjoy the sport more because of their efforts.Coach Keith Hartmann: email@example.comCoach Mike Trocchio: firstname.lastname@example.org
Practices will typically be held after school 3:30 until 5:00 pm (no practice on Wednesdays).
FIRST PRACTICE: Thursday, September 5th (meet at baseball diamond across from church)
All students wishing to participate at practice must have all athletic requirements completed!
