WEB (Where Everyone Belongs) is a program here at Longfellow designed to help our incoming 6th graders transition into middle school.  We train 8th grade students to mentor the 6th graders, so Longfellow can truly be a place where everyone belongs.

WEB Leaders must apply and be accepted into the program.  7th graders apply in the Spring and then are WEB Leaders during their 8th grade year.

Day(s): New WEB Leaders are picked in the Spring of each year.  Then we meet over the Summer for training and orientation.  Then we meet on different days around once a month to plan activities.

Time: Our training takes place over a few days in Summer in the mornings and then we typically meet before school when planning activities.
