Quill and Scroll is national organization whose main purpose is to promote excellence in student journalism.  It is open to high school juniors and seniors who meet the requirements.  For Quill and Scroll membership, their publication’s advisor must nominate students for outstanding contributions to the school newspaper or yearbook. Students must also be ranked in the upper third of their class.
