In 2005 I began my teaching career at Nautilus Elementary School in Federal Way, Washington. Here I taught 1st/2nd grade for seven years, until my family moved back to the Midwest. At that time, I stayed home to care for my two young daughters until they entered school.  In 2016, I reentered the Education field by teaching in a Children's House at the Montesorri School of Waukesha.  In 2017 I began teaching at McKinley Elementary School in the Wauwatosa School District as a Junior Kindergarten teacher.
