Mr. Nathan Marinan

I have been a member of the Wauwatosa School District since 2012 and have had the pleasure of working at Madison Elementary, Plank Road School, Children's Hospital School, and now with the Department of Human Resources and Communications in our administrative offices here at The Fisher Building.  I am proud to be a member of the incredible educational community here in Wauwatosa.

As the Human Resources Specialist for Wauwatosa School District, I assist with critical responsibilities related to the hiring and onboarding of new staff members, ensure the smooth operation of the district’s substitute program, and perform other duties to provide high-quality customer service to employment candidates and co-workers. Some of those services include maintenance of personnel records, job postings and vacancy notifications, substitute recruitment and orientation, and state reporting.
