Hello!  I am the Reading Specialist at Roosevelt Elementary.  I began my career in teaching at Milwaukee Public Schools after I received my undergraduate degree from Marquette University.  I spent nine years in MPS in both teaching and coaching positions across several grade levels.  I decided to pursue a Masters degree in literacy through Marquette, and accepted a position here in Wauwatosa that would allow me to use my knowledge of literacy development to help both students and teachers alike!  I am passionate about instilling a love of reading in all students!
