Mr. Patrick Krygiel

Hello! My name is Patrick Krygiel and I am thrilled to be joining the Roosevelt family as the School Counselor during the 2017-2018 school year. I have previously been working as a School Counselor in Milwaukee across multiple school buildings. Prior to working in Milwaukee, I held positions in Wauwatosa at East High School & Jefferson Elementary, as well as currently coach Boys’ Basketball at Wauwatosa East. I currently reside in Brookfield with my wife Hannah and daughter Lucy.

As a School Counselor, my primary responsibilities include promoting the academic, personal, and social development of all of our students at Roosevelt. Students will meet with me and work with me across multiple avenues, including individually, in small groups, as well as whole classroom/school wide instruction. In addition to advocating for all students at Roosevelt, I will be meeting with parents, collaborating with teachers and staff, and consulting with community organizations to benefit and meet the needs of all Roosevelt students and families. I look forward to offering any support to the students, staff, families and community that I can!

As a graduate of Wauwatosa East, the Wauwatosa School District is a special place that I hold close to my heart. It is an absolute privilege to be back with the district and I thank you for the trust you place in all of us at Roosevelt for having a part in the development of your children!
