To enroll in Junior Kindergarten, your child(ren) must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2022. To enroll in Senior Kindergarten, child(ren) must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2022.

Parents can enroll their children online via Infinite Campus. Instructions for online enrollment can be found here. If you are unable to enroll your child online or if you need help, please call the school (see phone numbers below) and set up an appointment to review the process in-person with the school’s Administrative Assistant.  

Children who are currently enrolled in our 4K Junior Kindergarten program, do not need to enroll for SK as they are already considered a student of the Wauwatosa School District.

All documents listed below are required to complete enrollment and must be uploaded to Infinite Campus.  If you are unable to successfully upload any or all of the required documents, you will need to make an appointment with the school to receive additional assistance.  

1. Child’s original birth certificate. 
2. Mortgage document -OR- property tax bill -OR- lease/rental agreement showing the landlord’s name and phone number.
3. Current utility bill sent to your home showing your name and address.
4. Your child's most up-to-date immunization record.

Parents with children who will be 4 or 5 years old on or before September 1, 2022, will need to submit their child’s most up-to-date immunization records via Infinite Campus. If you are unable to do so, please print, complete and upload this form. State law requires the school to have immunization information on file for all first-time entering students.
