What do I need to do if I will be volunteering or visiting the school?
We ask that all visitors and volunteers enter on the Portland Ave side of the building to receive a badge in the office before going into any classroom.
If you are a visitor in the building (going to school concert/performance, having lunch with your child, guest reader, etc.), please bring your driver’s license to be scanned into our system.
If you are a volunteer in the building (assisting students/teacher in the classroom, chaperoning a field trip, will be coming on a weekly basis), please fill out a background check through our district website before coming to volunteer. Background checks can take up to 5 business days to be cleared so please plan ahead. Please bring your driver’s license for the office to scan. You will receive a badge in the office indicating that you are a volunteer.
How do I get a school directory?
Directories are coordinated through our PTSA. The PTSA will email families in July-August requesting information if you would like to be included. Directories are distributed between October-November.
