Principal's Welcome

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Jefferson Elementary School!

Jefferson Elementary School serves over 230 students in Junior Kindergarten through fifth grade. We proudly partner with the Jefferson community to create an environment which supports the growth and development of each of our students. 

The Jefferson staff continuously strives to improve student achievement and social emotional well-being. Teachers meet regularly during Professional Learning Community time to plan instructional lessons to meet the needs of every child. During our PLC time, teachers work collaboratively to develop lessons and activities that challenge students who are ready to move forward, as well as provide additional support for those who need further assistance.

Jefferson has an active PTA organization. Together, with the support of our dedicated parent community and our PTA we are able to enhance the school culture and provide a variety of experiences for our students.
