Mrs. Jennifer L. Engel

I have been working at Longfellow Middle School since 1998.  I have taught all the main house subjects in sixth grade but my favorite subject to share with the students is social studies.  I am a social studies and reading enrichment teacher in House 6A.  I received my bachelor's degree from Marquette University in education and communication studies.  I received my master's degree from Carroll College in curriculum and instruction and literacy.  I strive daily to teach my students how to be successful citizens now and in the future.  I am also the advisor to our school newspaper, The Oriole Times, and the co-supervisor of the school bookstore.
