Miss Elizabeth Hofmann

I am a Wisconsin native-- born and raised in West Allis Wisconsin.  I attended UW- Milwaukee for three years where I was enrolled in a variety of courses- both fun and educational. When I realized my real passion was teaching I transferred to UW- Oshkosh so that I could pursue a dual educational degree in General and Special Education. My professional philosophy is that all learners can succeed and reach their goals when they learn through their best self. I teach a variety of classes at Longfellow. This year, I co-teach 7th grade Science, 7th grade Math, Functional Reading B, 7th grade Math Emphasis, and Behavior Emphasis. In my spare time, you can find me enjoying the outdoors. My hobbies include a variety of outdoor sports including, hiking, ice fishing/fishing, kayaking, camping, etc. I also enjoy crafting and hunting for antique collectibles. This is my second year at Longfellow Middle School and I am optimistic as well as excited to enjoy a great school year with an amazing team!
