Tosa Aquatic Club - USS Competitive Swim Team

Competitive swim program for girls and boys of all ages who can swim a minimum of 25 yards each of the front and back crawl. 

  • RED (new) swimmers have no swim team experience and will learn the four competitive strokes, starts and turns. 
  • WHITE (intermediate) swimmers have some experience and will focus on stroke technique, increased yardage, be introduced to interval work, and will train for meets. 
  • BLUE (advanced) swimmers will swim greater yardage and do interval work, and swim in meets
  • HS (high school) swimmers will maintain endurance and strokes with specialized workouts, and particpate in meets.

The team competes in local and USS dual meets. 

Team coaches are experienced and USS certified with lifeguarding and CPR/AED.

Practices are held at EAST and WEST (see schedule).

Separate fee for swim meets and to join USS Swimming Association.

All swimmers must register before they practice; new members are given a one-week trial.
