ENROLLMENT (REGISTRATION) REQUIREMENTS

The following is required at the time of enrolling/registering your child(ren) in the Wauwatosa School District:

Proof of Residency: Rental lease agreement or home mortgage closing document. (These documents must show address of residence and contain valid signatures).
