The following sports are offered at Longfellow Middle School:

In order to participate in any of the sports offered at Longfellow Middle School, the following requirements have to be met before the first day of practice:

1. PHYSICAL--The student athlete MUST have a completed Athletic Participation/Physical Form on file.  These can picked up and dropped off in the main office.
2. GRADES--The student athlete MUST be passing all of his/her classes.  If the child has an F on either a progress report or report card, (whichever is most recent) the student will be ineligible until he/she is passing all of his/her classes the next grading period.
3. ATHLETIC FEE--The student athlete MUST pay a $25.00 non-refundable athletic fee for EACH sport he/she wishes to participate in.

Once the student has met all obligations, they will obtain a CLEARANCE CARD from the main office.  This card must be received by the coach before the student can participate.
