Electronic transcripts available starting with the class of 2010
Wauwatosa West High School offers students a safe and secure way to request transcripts online. The class of 2010 and later will be able to use the services provided through Parchment Secure Transcript to send transcripts directly to the colleges and other organizations.
Please visit the following link to begin using Secure Transcript: . You will be asked to create an account using a valid email address. Each transcript sent online will cost $2.55. (Financial assistance is available to students meeting certain criteria.) For more information about Parchment visit www.parchment.com .
Here’s how it works:

Select the link on this page. You will be asked to create an account using a email address and a password. The email address will be used to contact you.

Select the colleges you’re applying to
Sign off
Pay online- and you’re done
Docufide will send the transcript checked and approved by the Wauwatosa West Guidance Department, to the colleges and scholarship funds you choose. You will receive an email to confirm when they receive them.
Paper Transcript request avaiable to alumni prior to class of 2010
Alumni from the class of 2009 or earlier, who wish to request a transcript, should use the transcript request form.

The link above provides you with the ability to request transcripts through Secure Transcript. Transcripts requested online are sent securely to the colleges, universities, or scholarship funds that you select.
You may track your request online, and you will also receive an email notification when we approve your transcript request, and again when your transcript is mailed (or delivered electronically, based on the delivery preference of the destination that you selected).
