Open gyms are every Thursday night from 6:00-7:30 in the small gym at Tosa East starting December 1st until March 15th.

Team workouts are every Monday from 3:15-4:14 and Wednesday from 2:15-3:15 starting December 5th until March 14th in the Tosa East fitness center.

Tryouts are the week of March 19th from 5:00-7:30. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A CLEARANCE CARD!
