Every Wednesday at 2:20 pm, students are released from school early to allow for teacher collaboration time.  Teacher collaboration time provides a common planning time focused on student achievement.  All schools have an additional seven minutes added to the end of their school day (Mon., Tues.,Thurs., Fri.) to account for early dismissal.  The Recreation Department offers after-school programs on the collaboration Wednesdays for a nominal fee.
