Professional Learning Communities

Teachers and staff at Eisenhower use early release time on Wednesdays to focus on improving student learning. Throughout our work, grade level collaborative teams and support focus on the 4 Essential Questions of a Professional Learning Community:

1.  What do we want each student to learn?

2.  How will we know if each student has acquired targeted standards and benchmarks?

3.  How will we respond when students do not learn?

4.  How will we extend and enrich learning for students who have mastered the standards and benchmarks?
