KINDERGARTEN

Junior kindergarten registration at all Wauwatosa public elementary schools - February 2, 2010, 1-7 p.m.

• Age requirements for the 2010-11 school year: 

• 4-year-old kindergarten (junior kindergarten): Children must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2010.
• 5-year-old kindergarten (senior kindergarten): Children must be 5 yearsold on or before September 1, 2010.

• To register, you will need all of the following:

  Proof of residency (requires two items)
     1. Mortgage document or tax bill OR lease agreement with landlord's name and
         phone number
  
  AND
  
     2. Current utility bill sent to your home indicating your name and address

     3. A copy of your child's birth certificate

     4. A copy of your child's most up-to-date immunization record
