ATTENDANCE BOUNDARIES

Click here for an addendum to the Attendance Boundary Areas Map. A correction has been made (NOT a change) to the Lincoln and Washington boundaries.
ALL families interested in enrolling their children into the Wauwatosa School District must visit the district office, at the Fisher building, 12121 W. North Avenue, for initial registration. Proof of residency and birth certificates will be necessary for each child.
****Junior and senior kindergarten registration for the 2012-2013 school year will occur at every public elementary school on Monday, February 6, 8 a.m.-7 p.m AND Monday, February 13, 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. You only need to register at the school, you do not need to go to the administrative offiices in the Fisher building, for JK/SK 2012-2012 registration. ****

Age requirements for the 2012-13 school year:

4-year-old kindergarten (junior kindergarten): Children must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2012.

5-year-old kindergarten (senior kindergarten): Children must be 5 years-old on or before September 1, 2012.

To register, you will need all of the following:
Proof of residency (requires two items) These items are necessary to register.
1. Mortgage document or tax bill OR lease agreement with landlord's name and
phone number
AND
2. Current utility bill sent to your home indicating your name and address
3. A copy of your child's birth certificate
4. A copy of your child's most up-to-date immunization record
After completing initial registration, families will need to visit each school they have a child enrolling to complete building forms, pay fees and to register for classes. No initial registrations will be accepted at the building level.
